Here at STP London, we have studied and looked into what makes a great Brand Ambassador. We now believe that some of the best leaders share common characteristics often found in those from a sports background. Here are a few transferable traits we know attribute to success in our environment and things we’re searching for in our next wave of Brand Ambassadors.

We are looking to harness these attributes and use them to propel a candidate from the entry-level opening into a team leadership role to start learning the ins and outs of a management position

You would be required to  :

• Execute marketing campaigns to improve user experience and satisfaction of various client services
• Assist with communications and event management so that clients maximise their exposure
• Help to develop relationships with potential customers to successfully communicate the product value proposition of key clients
• Create  and utilise material and also content to build an understanding of our services, to be used in event marketing, direct sales, on the ground campaigns, product desks and demonstrations
• Assist in Co-ordinating daily development and training workshops
• Ensure campaigns are consistent to brand style and all resources are branded appropriately
• Associated reporting on the above

Once these boxes have been ticked we are going to put someone onto our management training programme to grow into a role where they will be responsible for one of our client’s brands leading a team and also campaign.

Our Requirements:

• You’ll need to be 18 years of age or over and already eligible to work in the UK full time as this is commission-based and self-employed.
• Must be able to commute to Angel Islington daily (N1)
• Must have a winning mentality, a drive to succeed and the willingness to learn, develop and thrive
