At STP London we are looking to recruit ambitious trainees that we can cross-train and develop from an entry-level role, starting by learning and understanding the basics and foundations of our sector to then accelerate into a team leadership/ management trainee role to oversee one of our new client accounts.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or simply individuals looking for a change of scenery/ new adventure, as no experience is needed. We will provide one-on-one training and guidance from our Management team to ensure you get the right development.

This Role Involves:

• Working as part of the high energy team representing brands at our promotional events around London
• Being responsible for honest and ethical marketing and sales presentations.
• Interacting with the client’s customer base on a face-to-face basis.
• Utilising and developing soft skills (if you are good with people lets meet and discuss)
• Learning how to manage and lead an events team of 2-5 people
• Learning how to book/manage/coordinate events and tailor a strategy for clients

Our requirements :

• You’ll need to be 18 or above and be eligible to work in the UK full time
• You must be coachable and willing to learn, we are looking to develop and train the next generation of superstars!
• You should be available for full-time hours
• A strong work ethic
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
