Job Description

At STP London we have recently had an increase in client budgets, we are searching for ambitious individuals to learn our business strategy inside out from the ground upwards and grow into a management role to oversee one of our divisions.

Initial responsibilities of the role:
  •  To learn our marketing and acquisition strategy being the face of one of our client’s brands
  •  Providing general marketing and sales support at promotional events and pop-ups around London
  • Developing and refining  soft skills and interpersonal skills
  • Guiding and navigating potential customers through the registration process.
Once you’ve shown us you are capable of implementing our marketing strategy  we then want to spend the next few months teaching you;
  • Team Leadership (Learning how to guide, mentor and micro-manage others)
  • Campaign management, (Managing a campaign, how to increase productivity and output)
  • Territory Management (Booking and scheduling events and  locations to conduct promotional activities)
  • Recruitment & HR, (How to effectively scale the workforce to meet client demands)
  •  Finance & legal  (Learning how to manage budget cycles and service level agreements)
  •  Project management. (Getting a shot at being the primary decision-maker of a project)

Progression and earnings are based on individual performance meaning that there is no cap on how much you can earn and your growth is based on your input and ability to reach a set criteria.

Our Mandatory Requirements: 
  • Must be 18+ years of age and fully eligible to work in the UK please note we cannot provide sponsorship for Student Visa’s
  • London based or able to commute to Central London on a day to day basis 
Our Preferred requirements (not essential):
  • Bachelors Degree with a 2:1 or above
  • Previous experience working with people, (retail, hospitality, sales or any form of a customer-facing role)
  • A positive attitude
  • Being solution-oriented
  • Being coachable with a willingness to learn
  • Ambition to grow and progress at a fast rate
